When PAM Health at Home was founded in 2008 by Eddie and Brandis Wilmore, it was originally called Be Healthy at Home. The Wilmores saw a need to increase access to health care and provide quality care for people within their homes. Their compassionate and professional approach enabled them to build trust, community and business partnerships, and awareness of the benefits of home health.
In 2018, the Wilmores entered into a joint venture with PAM Health, and Be Healthy at Home became PAM Health at Home, a subsidiary of PAM Health. Combined with PAM Health’s extensive network of long-term acute care and rehabilitation hospitals with inpatient and outpatient services around Texas, PAM Health at Home offers an unmatched continuum of care for patients to receive continuing care at home after discharging from a post-acute care setting.
PAM Health at Home serves 78 counties across southcentral and southeastern Texas, including the greater San Antonio area, north to Round Rock, Luling, Victoria, and the Houston area, with plans to expand beyond Texas. Our dedicated and professional team members prioritize quality, safety, and meeting your needs. Whether you are recovering from illness or injury, home health can provide you with services that are just as helpful as those you would receive in a traditional medical setting – except in the comfort of your own home.
